OPERATION READINESS CHECK

Sometimes projects start moving in the wrong direction in the early stages of the project (conceptual design, pre-FEED, FEED) which will bring a major impact on the final result of the project execution in terms of cost, schedule, safety, and operability. This might be due to many reasons from unclear scope, unrealistic expectations, inadequate review and control, or lack of competence and poor experience of the involved project owner staff and Engineering Services contractor personnel.

PT. DNA assists clients by providing experienced personnel to check and lead the project, as well as providing services to ensure that the technical documents produced in Front End Loading (FEL) activities meet the engineering and operating requirements. This service is focused on the "cold eye” atau pemeriksaan independent 3Rd Party relating to the project's operational readiness for the documents prepared in the initial stage such as Conseptual Design, Pre-FEED, dan FEED.
